Permalloy refers to an iron-nickel alloy with a wide range of nickel content, ranging from 35% to 90%. The biggest feature of Permalloy is its high magnetic permeability in weak magnetic fields. Their saturation magnetic induction intensity is generally between 0.6-1.0T.
China's Permalloy grade is 1JXX, where J means "precision alloy", "1" means soft magnetic, followed by a number for the serial number, usually indicates the nickel content of the alloy. For example, 1J50, 1J851 and so on. Perm alloy has high permeability, so it is often used in the core of medium and high frequency transformers or devices with strict requirements for sensitivity, such as high frequency (tens of kHz) switching power transformers, precision transformers, leakage switching inductors, magnetic shielding, yokes and so on.
Products can be customised
The magnetic metal cut core manufacturing process is designed to produce transformer cores with the lowest possible losses and magnetizing currents. We have silicon steel, permalloy, nanocrystalline, amorphous and other materials to choose from to meet strict specifications such as extremely low loss and high pulse permeability.
Products can be customised
Shaped non-circular silicon steel cores are available in C-type and DE-type, which are customized according to performance requirements and can be adapted to a wide range of environmental use requirements.
Permalloys often refer to iron-nickel alloys with a nickel content in the range of 30 to 90%. It is a very widely used soft magnetic alloy. The saturation magnetic induction strength is slightly lower than that of silicon steel, but the permeability is much higher than that of silicon steel, and the iron loss is also lower than that of silicon steel, making it a very good core material.
The company specialises in the production of soft magnetic materials such as silicon steel sheet, permalloy, amorphous, ultra-microcrystalline, etc. Transformer cores, coiled cores The types of cores include toroidal cores, R-type cores, O-type cores, C-type cores, super-silicon steel cores, electric power coiled cores and shaped cores.
